REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

At FlyBix, we strive to provide a smooth booking experience. Refunds are subject to the fare rules, airline policies, and supplier terms applicable to your booking.

1. Airline Refund Rules

  • Refund eligibility depends entirely on the airline’s fare rules.
  • Many promotional, discounted, and special fares are non-refundable.
  • Refundable tickets will be processed according to the airline’s policy.

2. Cancellation Before Ticket Issuance

  • If your booking is cancelled before the ticket is issued, any applicable refund will be processed after deducting airline, supplier, and applicable service charges.

3. Cancellation After Ticket Issuance

  • Once a ticket has been issued, refunds are governed by the airline’s fare conditions.
  • Applicable airline cancellation charges, taxes, and FlyBix service fees may be deducted.
  • Certain tickets may have no refund value.

4. Processing Time

  • Once approved by the airline or travel supplier, refunds are generally processed within 7–21 business days.
  • Actual credit timelines may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

5. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
  • FlyBix cannot issue refunds to an alternative payment method unless required by law.

6. Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated:

  • FlyBix service fees
  • Processing fees
  • Payment gateway charges
  • Travel insurance premiums
  • Visa fees
  • Seat selection, baggage, meals, and other optional airline services
  • Supplier-imposed administrative charges

7. No-Show

If you fail to check in or board your flight, the ticket will be treated according to the airline’s no-show policy. Many airlines do not provide refunds for no-show tickets.

8. Visa Refusal

Refund eligibility due to visa refusal depends solely on the airline’s fare rules. FlyBix is not responsible for visa decisions made by embassies or immigration authorities.

9. Schedule Changes and Airline Cancellations

If an airline cancels or significantly changes your flight, any refund or travel credit will be provided according to the airline’s policy.

10. Chargebacks

Customers should contact FlyBix before initiating a payment dispute. Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may delay future bookings.
